Need to Return an Item?

E-mail detailing the item to be returned and reasons for requesting such return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (minus postage costs or other charges), unless marked otherwise. Customer pays all return postage charges.

For your convenience, and to assist us in processing your return efficiently, we will e-mail or fax a printable return shipping label to be attached to goods. This label will have an ‘Authorised to Return Number’ printed on it above our address.

This will assist in expediting a speedy return resolution.

You may return:

  • All goods supplied and found to be faulty on receipt – within 7 days of receipt.
(Replacement of these goods for same or their equivalent, a credit or full refund will be at the discretion of JFH Pty. Ltd.)
  • Specific goods sold with a listed warranty and found to be faulty and returned during the warranty period.
  • Goods supplied incorrectly by Just For Him.
  • Clothing found to be the incorrect size. We cannot accept a return of any item with an indication that it has been used, worn, resized or altered in anyway including the removal of hang-tags.
  • The item(s) must be returned in its original condition including all original packaging, tags, authenticity cards, and warranties.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment . A refund for a returned Just For Him Gift is issued to the gift recipient as a Just For Him credit voucher. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned goods.
